The Interplay Excellence Awards recognize the exceptional ways customers have utilized Interplay and ITI’s training solutions to enhance skill development, achieve business success, and drive positive outcomes for teams and communities. These awards highlight the inspiring stories of customers and the transformative results they have achieved in learning and skill development.
2026 Award Categories
Safety Champion Award
This award honors customers who have a strong commitment to reducing risk and keeping individuals safe through effective, job-relevant training.
Industry Excellence Award
This award celebrates customers who have achieved measurable business success, such as growth, efficiency improvements, or cost savings, demonstrating excellence in their industry.
Career Ladder Award
This award recognizes organizations that use training to support upskilling, career advancement, and successful transitions into skilled, in-demand roles.
Better Careers, Better Lives Award
This award highlights customers who have driven significant learner outcomes and created a positive social or community impact through their training efforts.
Winning an Interplay Excellence Award
Winners of an Interplay Excellence Award will be featured on Interplay Learning’s website and social media channels. They will also receive a Winner’s Kit, which will include a digital Winner’s Badge and one of the following prizes:

Who is eligible to win an Interplay Excellence Award?
All Interplay and ITI customers who have been a customer for at least 6 months post-implementation.
Who can nominate organizations for an Interplay Excellence Award?
Customers can self-nominate. Customers can also nominate other customers. Customers may also be nominated by an Interplay/ITI employee.
Can an organization be nominated for multiple awards?
An organization can be nominated for a maximum of two Interplay Excellence Awards.
If our organization has participated in the Customer Spotlight Program in the past, can we be nominated for an Interplay Excellence Award?
Yes! If your organization has participated in the Customer Spotlight Program, you can submit a nomination during the nomination timeframe: April 13 – May 15.
How are the Interplay Excellence Awards and prizes presented to winners?
Winners will be notified via email and can download their Winner Kit immediately. Interplay will coordinate with the winners directly to deliver their prize packages.
Will Interplay Learning recognize Apprenticeships?
Interplay Learning will honor exceptional Apprenticeship Programs during National Apprenticeship Week – April 26 – May 2.
What makes a strong submission?
The strongest submissions will demonstrate how an organization was successful with the use of Interplay Learning and/or ITI’s training.
Here are a few tips to ensure your submission meets all of the necessary criteria:
- Anchor the submission to the award category
- Answer all of the questions
- Tell a clear story to the judges
- Show what makes the program unique
- Focus on the impact
- Include data/results when possible
