What is the difference between Interplay Achieve and Interplay Academy?
Interplay Academy and Interplay Achieve both offer career-ready training, but they are designed to support different educational needs.
- Interplay Academy offers a ready-to-use, “bootcamp-style” program ideal for schools and workforce development administrators with little or no trades expertise. It includes pre-packaged certificate programs with career exploration, expert-led courses, simulations, progress tracking, and industry-recognized certifications.
- Interplay Achieve provides a more customizable and long-term learning platform that supports diverse career paths and advanced training for students at various skill levels. Instructors can supplement their programs with online courses and 3D simulations mapped to existing curriculum. Educators can manage content, track student progress, and adapt training to meet individual needs.
Both platforms are powerful, but Interplay Academy offers a more structured pathway for new learners, while Interplay Achieve supports longer-term learning to serve beginner and advanced students.
