Interplay Learning has launched the first Virtual Reality-enabled, simulation-based Solar Training Program—developed with the Department of Energy SunShot Initiative—offering over 40 hours of interactive 3D simulations, videos, and procedure guides designed to rapidly enhance technical skills for solar industry professionals, including contractors, equipment manufacturers, and workforce organizations.
